Perhaps many of my own friends of all these years may never have seen my father... here is his picture taken about 2 years back!Incidently, I have had this blog opened about 2 years back but never used it to effect... But today is different-my father is not well. This morning, he was air-lifted to capital city of Itanagar for emergency treatment...and he was accompanied by his sweetheart for more than half a century-my mother!
Sitting far-away, I have been feeling helpless! Touchwood, he has been one of the fittest oldmen I have come across- even at 90 plus- he is fit to walk 2-3 hrs at stretch in the hills.
Thoughts flashed: all my fathers friends are long gone, he hardly has any company except my mother.... And I pray to Almighty for his speedy recovery and good health; for, he must continue to give company to his better half!
