23rd November 2006 is when my family turned complete, my daughter-PUMGUM-was born at Kalyani Hospital: Hum Do, Hamaare Do!
Kalyani Hospital , though it is owned by partners called Dr. Khuranas (Husband & wife), Dr. Khanna and one more Chartered Accountant….yet my elder child calls it his mother’s hospital. According to him, his sister was born at her mother’s hospital. Boy did not know that her mother, a doctor, worked there as an employee.
3 years gone by since she came to our live...and I can’t belive how fast this little girl is growing up mentally; physically she is an average child though. She has started dressing up with nail polish and she knows about lipstick and eye-liner etc! And she likes to dress up in jeans for school- hates uniform of KIDZEE….and she needs to be convinced every morning about why she should go in uniform to school. She is cute: sweet but a bully; short temper with abundance of humour. At her age, she confuses me more than her mother or brother does. She is obstinate to the extent of making her parents split their hair…. But she is our doll, darling to all of us!
I may have not pampered my son as much I do her that's because I can’t ignore her for long; for, she will do something to draw my attention…something she does regularly is humming a song or a rhyme if not in mood; but if she is in mood then expect her to dance all over the place… No wonder that she goes to school to dance, not to study!
May she dances and sings all throughout her life- what else a father can wish for his daughter!
